User agreement
This User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," governs the relationship between Sole Proprietor Maya Valerievna Muradova (TIN 103 122 509 178), operating under the MAÝAM trademark, hereinafter referred to as "Dry Cleaning," which is the copyright holder of the website located at https://www.mayam.co (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), and an individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "User," regarding the provision and processing of the User's personal data.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1 Dry Cleaning processes the User's personal data under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. General Provisions
2.1 The Agreement shall enter into force upon confirmation of the User's order on the website https://www.mayam.co; upon confirmation of the order by phone, if the User places an order by phone; or upon registration of the User on the website or in the App.
2.2 Dry Cleaners reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. If the User continues to use Dry Cleaners' services after changes to this Agreement are published, the User is deemed to have accepted the changes.
2.3 The User may be any legally competent individual capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered in accordance with the procedure and terms established by this Agreement, within the territory of Turkmenistan.
3. User's Personal Data
3.1 The User decides to provide their personal data and consents to its processing of their own free will and in their own interests, with the exception of cases provided for in Article 9 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Information about Personal Life and Its Protection" dated March 20, 2017, No. 519-V.
3.2 The User is responsible for providing the personal data of another person.
3.3 The personal data entered by the User when placing an order is used to complete the transaction, provide the service, or improve the quality of service.
3.4 The basis for entering personal data is the completion of a trade transaction upon registration on the website or in the app.
3.5 Dry Cleaner undertakes not to transfer the personal data of registered Users to third parties.
3.6 Dry Cleaner reserves the right, in cases provided by law, to transfer personal data to relevant services if this is done to protect the health, life, or freedom of another person.
3.7 Dry Cleaner has the right to use the user's personal data for email newsletters and special offers from the website, as well as for processing and executing trade transactions.
4. Processing of Users' Personal Data
4.1 Acceptance of the Agreement is accomplished by the User checking the appropriate box when completing a trade transaction and constitutes the user's consent to the processing of personal data.
4.2 The User agrees that Dry Cleaners has the right to store and process, including automated processing, any information related to the User's personal data in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Information on Personal Life and Its Protection" dated March 20, 2017, No. 519-V, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, and destruction of personal data provided by the User.
4.3 The User's personal data is processed through a combination of personal data processing, with and without transmission over the Internet.
4.4 Dry Cleaners undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and security of the User's personal data when processing.
4.5 If the User revokes consent to the processing of personal data, Dry Cleaners will delete the User's personal data and will no longer use it.
4.6 In cases stipulated by the Law of Turkmenistan "On Information about Personal Life and Its Protection" dated 20.03.2017 No. 519-V, the processing of personal data is carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject. The written consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data must include: (a) the last name, first name, patronymic, address of the personal data subject, the number of the main identity document, information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority; the name (last name, first name, patronymic) and address of the operator receiving the consent of the personal data subject; (b) the purpose of processing the personal data; (c) the list of personal data for the processing of which the consent of the personal data subject is given; (d) a list of actions with personal data for which consent is given, a general description of the methods of processing personal data used by the operator; (e) the period during which consent is valid, as well as the procedure for its revocation.
4.7 No additional consent is required for the processing of personal data contained in the data subject's written consent to the processing of their personal data.
4.8 In the event of the data subject's incapacity, consent to the processing of their personal data is given in writing by the data subject's legal representative.
4.9 In the event of the death of the data subject, consent to the processing of their personal data is given in writing by the data subject's heirs, unless such consent was given by the data subject during their lifetime.
The person responsible for organizing the processing of the user's personal data is M.V. Muradova.
The persons processing the User's personal data and having access to it are M.V. Muradova and V.P. Pogibina.
