Our company has been providing dry cleaning, wet cleaning, laundry, and ironing services in Ashgabat under the MAÝAM logo since 2014. We are a leader in providing high-quality services to the public. We have implemented a management system in compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which covers dry cleaning and laundry services for clothing and other products.

We perform quality control checks up to eight times throughout the entire service lifecycle, from receiving items to dispensing them. Providing high-quality services is the foundation of our strategic direction and goals.


GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

MAYAM's primary goal in terms of quality is to provide competitive services that meet customer requirements and expectations in accordance with international standards.

To achieve this goal, we address a number of objectives:
܀ Systematic analysis of customer requirements and expectations, assessing customer satisfaction with services provided;
܀ Establishing an effective supplier selection system;
܀ Creating a favorable, safe environment, engaging each employee in the process of continuously improving the quality of services provided, and systematically training staff in quality;
܀ Managing the quality of services, following process flow charts;
܀ Equipment maintenance by highly qualified specialists;
܀ Developing and expanding partnerships;
܀ Studying new technologies and implementing the most promising and safe ones, developing the consumer services sector in new directions;
܀ Using advanced IT technologies and Agbis automation, which are constantly being improved.


To achieve these objectives, I undertake the following obligations:

܀ Compliance with legislative, legal, and other quality requirements relevant to the company's activities;
܀ Informing and ensuring that all company employees understand the Policy;
܀ Conducting employee training to enhance their professional and quality management competence;
܀ Monitoring the quality of process execution and final results;
܀ Motivating employees to achieve assigned tasks;
܀ Maintaining and continuously improving the existing quality management system;
܀ Providing the necessary resources for the full functioning of the existing quality management system;
