Privacy policy
This Privacy policy explains how the “MAÝAM” Personal Account on MAÝAM website (hereinafter referred to as the “Account”) receives, stores and uses user data.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 The Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information in respect to the user of the Account are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of MAÝAM (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”) and the current legislation of Turkmenistan.
1.2 The use of the Acount implies the user's consent to this Privacy Policy. In case of disagreement with this Privacy Policy, the user must stop using the Acount.
2. ABOUT THE ACCOUNT
2.1 The Account is a program that allows the user to interact with the Organization. Interaction with the Organization may consist of the following operations: obtaining information about the Organization's services, the location of the Organization's reception points, the number and status of user orders placed in the Organization, payment for orders through the Account, and other operations.
3. WHAT DATA CAN BE OBTAINED. WAYS TO GET DATA
3.1 During use, the Account can receive and store the following data about the user: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, user's place of residence, gender, date of birth, location of the device, if the geolocation function is enabled on the device, the number and cost of user orders made in the Organization.
3.2 Even if the Account provides a bank card payment function, the Account does not store information about the bank card, except for the last four digits of the card.
3.3 All of the above-mentioned data comes the Account by explicitly entering them by the user himself during registration in the Account, by entering his data after registration, as well as by entering information into the Account from the Organization's database, during the connection of the Acccount to the Organization's servers.
4. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE. TRANSFER AND DELETION OF DATA
4.1 The User's data listed in paragraph 3.1 is necessary for the Organization to provide its services in a high-quality manner, for the Organization to communicate with the user and for marketing purposes.
4.2 The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or if the subject of personal data has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party for execution under a civil contract.
4.4 The User's personal data is destroyed in the following cases:
- when the user independently deletes their data from the Account;
- when deleting user information from the Organization's database.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Organization considers requests related to this Privacy Policy, including requests from users regarding the use of their personal data, by e-mail: admin@mayam.co .
5.2 All correspondence sent by users to the Organization is perceived by the Organization as restricted access information and can only be published with the written consent of the User, and addresses, personal data and other information about the users who sent these letters cannot be used without their special consent except to respond to the subject of the received letter.
5.3 The Organization reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy, without mandatory notification to end users.
